Bruce Wayne Meleski, Ph.D. (Dr. Mel)
Bruce Wayne, a human performance, technology, healthcare, and wellness expert, has collaborated personally with elite athletes, working Moms, and business executives guiding optimum performance. As a wellness expert, he consulted with fitness centers, universities, and wellness centers developing state-of-the-art programs for body, mind, and spirit.

Bruce Wayne received an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and he earned an MA and PhD in Human Biology and Sports Science from the University of Texas at Austin. At Texas, he was a consultant to UT Athletics for 15 years. He developed advanced sports training software that streamlined training and optimized performance. This software was later installed throughout the USA and Canada to train professional, collegiate, and high-school athletes training more than 435,000 training programs per year. Many NCAA champions used the systems and installations included NFL, NBA, and MLB teams.

Currently, his pursuit of human performance turned to developing natural, wholistic methods to calm the human nervous system. The epidemic of poor sleep, anxiety medications, and mental health problems were the impetus to create effective and efficacious methods. This system enables a Mind as Process approach to train new neural pathways. These pathways, stimulated daily or weekly, result in calmer emotions, greater awareness, and new perceptions of one’s environment. His philosophy incorporates primal rhythms of human existence that facilitate body-mind integration. Dr. Mel is an expert in rehab and wellness protocols for physical, occupational, and psychotherapy and deployed early clinical information systems in the 1990s.
